UPDATED STORY 1/6/20: Sony has postponed Thursday’s PlayStation 5 games reveal livestream to a later, currently undisclosed date.
Sharing the news on Twitter, the company wrote, “While we understand gamers worldwide are excited to see PS5 games, we do not feel that right now is a time for celebration and for now, we want to stand back and allow more important voices to be heard”.

ORIGINAL STORY 29/5/20: Sony will reveal multiple PlayStation 5 games next week on Thursday, 4th June, via a stream on Twitch and YouTube.
The presentation will last around an hour, and debut at 9pm UK time.
Writing on the PlayStation blog, company boss Jim Ryan teased a focus on the PS5’s software line-up:
“We’ve shared technical specifications and shown you the new DualSense wireless controller. But what is a launch without games?” Ryan wrote. “That’s why I’m excited to share that we will soon give you a first look at the games you’ll be playing after PlayStation 5 launches this holiday.
